15427 Hercules® Pro Dope® Pipe Joint Compound
Hercules® Pro Dope® Pipe Joint Compound is an oil-based, soft-setting thread sealant with a uniform, smooth consistency that ensures an easy, drip-free application. This versatile sealant can be used in pipe systems carrying water, natural gas (except oxygen), air, steam, ammonia, brine, diluted acids and alkalis. Both non-hardening and non-toxic, Pro Dope is FBC-approved for use with BlazeMaster, Corzan and FlowGuard CPVC piping systems and can also be used with certain PVC piping (confirm compatibility with manufacturer). This low-odor pipe joint compound wipes away with ease, and its gray color blends in with metal piping for improved aesthetics.
